A standard 8–16 camera system at a single site is commissioned within 5–7 working days. Multi-site rollouts run on parallel crews — we've installed 47 branches in 60 days for a Tier 1 commercial bank.
We size cameras and bitrate to your existing connection. For sites without reliable internet, we install MTN/Airtel 4G failover routers (dual-SIM) so monitoring never drops. Typical 8-camera site needs ~6 Mbps upload.
Both — and we strongly recommend pairing them. A camera nobody watches is a camera that doesn't help when it matters. Our control room verifies every alert before dispatch, cutting false-call rates by ~80%.
Cloud backup runs ~UGX 35,000 per camera per month at 30-day retention, ~UGX 95,000 at 365 days. We benchmark every 6 months against current Wasabi / Backblaze rates.
Yes. We operate within Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act (2019), and our footage handling SOPs are aligned with GDPR Article 6/9 for clients with EU operations.
