We don't charge fines. We do a quarterly review of false-alarm rates with the client and tune the system at no cost — typically reducing false alarms by 80% within 90 days. Habitual false-alarm sites move to mandatory video verification before dispatch.
We install Paradox EVO, DSC PowerSeries Neo, Texecom Premier Elite, and Honeywell Galaxy. We can take over and monitor existing panels from any of these brands, plus most legacy systems via a Contact-ID receiver.
All panels have 12V/7Ah backup batteries (8–24h). Cellular signalling continues on internal SIM (MTN + Airtel dual-SIM). For critical sites we install solar-charged backup that runs the alarm and one camera continuously.
Yes — we hold a contractual right of entry (signed at install) and key safes / smart locks where required. For vaulted sites, only client-nominated supervisors hold keys; our team coordinates with the bank's protocol.
