Pricing & contracts
Yes. All quoted prices exclude VAT (18%) and the VAT line is shown explicitly on every invoice.
Standard contracts include reciprocal 30-day notice clauses. We do not lock you in with disproportionate exit fees — we keep clients by earning them, not by trapping them.
For installation projects, yes — typically 30% on order, 60% on commissioning, 10% on 30-day warranty acceptance. Recurring services are billed monthly in advance.
Annual price reviews are tied to clearly stated indices (statutory minimum wage, fuel, inflation). No surprise increases mid-contract.
